bsji Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "bsji", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bsji platform and the entity operating it, accessible at https://bsji.pro.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the bsji platform or accesses any service provided through it.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on bsji after completing the registration and verification process.
• "Services" means all games, sports betting markets, payment processing, promotional offers, and other features made available through the bsji platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game outcome or sports betting market through the bsji platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-withdrawable promotional credit awarded to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Funds" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) deposited by the Player through a verified payment method and held in their bsji account balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required of all Players before withdrawals are permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the bsji platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the operative time zone for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

To register an account on bsji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh and are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are registering for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended bsji account. Each player is permitted exactly one account.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of bsji or its affiliated studios and payment partners.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

bsji reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account activation is not guaranteed and is subject to our internal review processes.

All Players are required to complete bsji's Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal of funds is permitted. bsji may also require KYC verification at any point during a Player's use of the platform, including where unusual activity is detected or where a cumulative deposit threshold is reached.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence bearing your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used to deposit funds.
• Source of Funds: In cases where bsji deems it necessary, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds may be requested.

All submitted KYC documents are handled in accordance with bsji's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are stored securely using AES-256 encryption. bsji will not share your KYC documents with third parties except where required by law or as necessary to facilitate payment processing.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bsji's support team will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. Continued non-compliance may result in account closure, with any remaining verified real-money balance returned to the Player's verified payment method where operationally possible.

Deposits: bsji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. bsji does not impose a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. bsji targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to two (2) business days for bank transfers. These are target timelines and are not guaranteed.

Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on bsji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied. You will not be charged foreign transaction fees by bsji.

Refused and Reversed Transactions: bsji reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where:

• The payment originates from a source not registered in the Player's verified name.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• KYC verification has not been completed to our satisfaction.
• The transaction appears to be linked to bonus abuse or exploitation of a platform error.

Player Funds: bsji holds Player funds separately from operational funds. Your deposited balance is protected and will not be used to fund bsji's operational activities. In the event of platform closure, bsji will make reasonable efforts to return verified real-money balances to Players via their registered payment methods.

The following general conditions apply to all bsji bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification.
• Each bonus may be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device. Duplicate account holders are not eligible for any bonuses.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagers placed on games with an RTP above a threshold specified in the promotion terms may not contribute fully towards wagering requirements.
• bsji reserves the right to set minimum odds requirements for sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute towards bonus wagering.
• Bonuses expire at the end of the period specified in the individual promotion. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account upon expiry.
• bsji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of errors — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account permanently suspended.

Casino Games: All casino games on the bsji platform use certified random-number-generation (RNG) technology sourced from regulated game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by bsji. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed by the Player. bsji reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual market at its discretion. In-play bets are subject to acceptance at the prevailing live odds, which may differ from the odds displayed due to network latency.

Void and Cancelled Bets: bsji reserves the right to void any wager where:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result is determined.
• The odds were incorrectly published due to a technical error.
• There is credible evidence that the event's integrity has been compromised.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's account balance. Winnings derived from incorrectly published odds are not payable and will be removed from the Player's account.

Disconnections: bsji is not responsible for wagers lost or disrupted due to internet disconnection on the Player's end. Where a casino game round is interrupted due to a server-side error on bsji's infrastructure, the round will be reconstructed from server-side game logs and settled accordingly.

Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or market interface. bsji may apply additional personalised limits to individual accounts at its sole discretion.

bsji is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its obligation to protect vulnerable players. We provide the following self-management tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Reality Check Reminders: Enable on-screen notifications at regular intervals reminding you of the time elapsed and amount wagered during your session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (1 day to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot access the platform or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from bsji. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

bsji enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Any attempt to circumvent age verification will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. bsji operates filtering and monitoring systems to identify patterns associated with problem gambling and will proactively reach out to Players where such patterns are detected.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bsji platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real-money and bonus), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party information.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing bsji from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of location obfuscation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or AI tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using funds sourced from illegal activity to deposit on the bsji platform.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds through the bsji cashier.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bsji staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with bsji's software, games, or security systems.

bsji cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in cases involving suspected financial crime, fraud, or underage gambling.

All content on the bsji platform — including but not limited to the bsji brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bsji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bsji platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any bsji content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the bsji brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context.
• Create derivative works based on bsji's platform design or proprietary materials.
• Use any data scraping, crawling, or extraction tools on any part of the bsji platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is subject to their respective licensing terms. bsji does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

bsji provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bsji disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bsji shall not be liable to you for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or bsji was advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of data or corruption of your account information due to circumstances beyond bsji's reasonable control.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses incurred as a result of the Player relying on incorrect odds published due to a technical error, where bsji has exercised its right to void the relevant wagers.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from prohibited conduct.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bsji's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where bsji is found to be liable to you for any reason, the maximum aggregate liability of bsji to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real funds held in your bsji account at the time the claim arises.

bsji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of bsji's Privacy Policy.

The categories of personal data collected by bsji include registration information (name, date of birth, address, email), KYC documents, payment transaction records, device and browser identifiers, IP addresses, gameplay and betting history, and customer support communications.

This data is used to provide and improve the bsji Services, verify Player identity and age, process payments, detect and prevent fraud and money laundering, comply with applicable legal obligations, and communicate with Players regarding their accounts and promotions (where consent has been given).

bsji does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, game studios, and regulatory authorities as required for the provision of our Services or by law. Full details of data sharing arrangements are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to bsji's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

Amendments: bsji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bsji will provide notice to Players via email to the registered account address and/or a notification displayed upon login, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Termination by the Player: You may close your bsji account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within ten (10) business days. Pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by bsji: bsji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• bsji is required to do so by law or a regulatory directive.
• bsji reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Where an account is closed by bsji due to a Terms violation, any associated real-money and bonus balances may be forfeited at bsji's discretion. Where an account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, bsji will return the verified real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method.

Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
